2005年の創業時に「コミュニケーション・デザイン」という手法を他社に先駆けて提唱して以来、広告やクリエイティブ領域に限らず、商品やサービスの設計や開発、販売・価格・人事・経営戦略など、マーケティング領域にとどまらない多岐に渡る「課題の発見」と「課題の解決」をしてきました。

With the notion of “Communication Design”, which we started advocating in 2005 upon the establishment of dof, we have leaded various cases of challenge identification and problem solving in any realm of business; not only in marketing fields such as ads or creative production but also designing and developing products or services, developing strategies of sales, pricing, HR and management.

ビジネスの構造が成熟化・複雑化し、競争環境が激化している中で、正しいことをやっているはずなのに物事が停滞したり、上手くいかないケースが多々あります。こういった場合において、従来通りの方法では解決の糸口が見つからないことがほとんどでしょう。私たちは仕事に取り組んでいく上で、徹底的なヒアリングとディスカッションを通して課題の本質を発見するプロセスを大切にしています。クライアント自身が見落としていたり、気がつけていなかった欠点や強みなどの課題をあぶり出すことはその後の課題解決をしていく上で非常に重要です。
With business structure getting mature and intricate, and competition intensifying, just doing “right” sometimes doesn’t work right anymore. In those situations, it is often hard to find clues by accustomed approaches; thus we put emphasis on thorough interviews and discussions to find the essence of the issue. It is significantly important to illuminate the vantage points and blind sides that clients miss out or are unaware of.

課題の本質を見極め、どこが課題なのかを発見したのち、プロフェッショナルとしてクリエイティブな解決策を提示します。課題発見までを担当するコンサルティングに留まらず、最終的にアウトプットを出し、結果を出すことに徹底的にこだわり、入り口から出口まで一気通貫したサービスの提供をしております。また、我々は最も重要な戦略立案とクリエイティブディレクションを行いますが、社内にコピーライター、アートディレクター、CMプランナーといった限定的な役割のスタッフを置いていません。これは都度異なる課題に対して手段を固定化させず、最適なスタッフで課題解決を図る「ソリューション・オリエンテッド」を貫くためであり、ミッションに応じて柔軟なスタッフィングを心がけています。
After ascertaining respects crucial to the issue, we propose the creative solution as professionals. Our definition of solution is breaking the tape; not only providing the diagnosis of problems through consulting, but the holistic service to execute the plans and produce creative, to achieve the objects.
We don’t hire for specific positions such as copywriters, art directors, or cm planners. This is because our service is made to order. We carry out solution-oriented service that promises flexibility in measures and the formation of the staffs to realize the best solution.
